TJ was great, came out right away to review the job and provided a fair estimate! He was also easy to get in touch with and made going with him an easy decision. Paul came out and did the install, couldn't have been any nicer and knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend and have them back out for more work!
Hercules installed a service upgrade at my home and I couldn’t be happier. It was a positive experience from the first interaction to the last. I met several of the employees and they were all extremely respectful and hard working. It’s not everyday you get a chance to work with a company that you want to recommend to all of your friends, family and community but that’s definitely what I’ll be doing with Hercules! Had a great experience with Hercules Electric LLC. TJ was extremely friendly, took the time to understand the project, and made sure everything was done exactly how I wanted. The pricing was also very fair. The crew was on time, professional, respectful of my home, and communicated throughout the project to ensure I was satisfied with the work. Overall, an excellent experience — I highly recommend Hercules to anyone looking for quality electrical work.
